Jacinto and Tebi are a couple of men who successfully run a very modern, progressive and inclusive hair salon; a paradigm of freedom of expression channeled through hair styling, dyes and nails.
The couple's young adopted son, Mario, is not on the same wavelength as his parents and sometimes wishes he were in a "more normal" family, because he does not understand some of his parents' social behaviors.
A curious and unexpected turn of events allows Mario to experience firsthand everything his parents have endured to reach their current situation. Through Mario's eyes, the audience embarks on a journey filled with stories and music, where the value of family and the ongoing struggle of the LGBTQIA+ community are the central themes of this musical spectacle.
